This place was one of the best place ever! Been going there for the past 20 years. The food was amazing, besides being friends with the owner and the crew. They know me well and served wi the my favorite how Japanese green tea. My daughter love this place. Unfortunately this place is closed permanently!!! Broke my heart to know about the reason why do they need to close this place. San Francisco rent and other ridiculous fee they need in order to keep this place open! Another spot another part of the memory. I wish them all luck and blessings for this coming years wherever they may be. As everyone knows that every single iconic store, and other spot are closed and starting to close because of the bad rulers of the city. I pray that the new mayor will bring back the business and old good San Francisco.

I truly love this restaurant and was surprised and very sad to learn that it closed permanently! I wish they would re-open again near the area. I believe it was the rent cost that made them decide to close the location. It is our family's go-to place when it comes to sushi and tempura. Pls keep your customers informed about a new location. We miss your good food and excellent service! Thank you for making the best shrimp tempura, ever!!!

I recommend going for sushi here on the weekend. The sushi chef was on point this day. Other days like Wed/Thursday seem not as good. We ordered a couple of the Japanese veggies and pickled radish rolls, the Rainbow roll, and the highlight was the cherry blossom roll -- recommend this one! My fiance ordered their tonkotsu lunch bento and really enjoyed it and was pretty stuffed afterwards. Service was great and parking is in a shopping plaza, so free and super easy.

I've been here many times, but today it was busier than usual. We were seated immediately but the restaurant was noisier than usual so the calming music wasn't heard. Service was ok, but one of our orders was wrong so it had to be changed. The walnut Creek roll is always delicious. We will definitely come back again.

It's located in Lakeshore Plaza. After shopping at Ross and Lucky, we had a late lunch here. If you order from lunch special, it all comes with rice, miso soup and salad for less than $15 which is inexpensive and nice :) However, We definitely waited for at least 15 minutes to be asked our orders because we couldn't find any staff even though there was no one else but us. It'd have been better if they gave us a little more attention.

Located in Lakeshore Plaza, this was a nice choice for lunch after running a few errands! I've always been a bento box girl. For $17.95, my combo bento box included a bowl of miso soup, a big scoop of white rice, salad, and two big servings of tempura and sesame chicken. I was very pleased with the size of my entree. It was big enough for me to share with my lunch companions and to bring leftovers home! My lunch companions ordered the Seafood Udon, $15.95, and Mushroom & Veggie Soba, $11.95. We also enjoyed some gyoza, and a 49er Roll, $14.95. We thoroughly enjoyed our food, and I would happily return again when we're in the City.

I came here with my dad on a Wednesday night around 7PM. The restaurant was completely empty. The waiter was kind and gave us great service. To start we had miso soup and shrimp/vegetable tempura. The miso soup was warm and comforting. The tempura was battered nicely and crispy. For the main entrees we shared the Rainbow Roll, Dragon Roll, the Philadelphia Roll. All the rolls were fresh and very filling. My sushi craving was satisfied after this dinner.
